USB 連接故障排除

我們偶爾會遇到無法通過 USB 連接讓 Eyeware Beam 發揮作用的人。

這些是我們建議您採取的措施，以查明導致問題的原因。

重新安裝 Eyeware Beam PC 軟件：

  1. 退出 Eyeware Beam PC 軟件。
  2. 卸載 Eyeware Beam PC 軟件。
  3. 刪除位於此處的 Eyeware 文件夾：C:\Users\[您的用戶名]\.Eyeware（請確保選擇包含您當前登錄用戶名的文件夾）。
  4. 安裝 Eyeware Beam PC 軟件。
  5. 重新啟動 Eyeware Beam iOS 應用程序。

確保您已經安裝並打開了最新的 iTunes 版本：

  1. 下載並打開 Windows 版 iTunes.如果您的 PC 上沒有安裝 iTunes，USB 連接將無法工作。
  2. 將您的 iOS 設備插入計算機。
  3. 啟動光束。

確保您的 iPhone 或 iPad 機型支持面容 ID：

重啟電腦：
